As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins:

• once you, or a person you designate (other than the delivery service), have received the goods;
• for orders with multiple items delivered together, from the date you receive the entire delivery;
• for partial deliveries, from the date you receive the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
Send us an email stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use our withdrawal form template – but you don’t have to.

As soon as we receive your return (or proof of dispatch), we will refund your payment, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs like express delivery).
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, with no additional charges.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the value of the goods is reduced due to use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, you may be liable for compensation.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized products
• perishable goods
• sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed
• newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions)
