We currently ship within Germany and to many European countries.

Shipping Costs:

• Germany: Flat rate of €4.99 – free shipping for orders over €59
• Europe (EU countries): Shipping costs vary by country and are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at hello@peachypuzzles.com

Delivery Times:

• Within Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
• Within Europe: approx. 4–10 business days, depending on destination

Customs & Import Fees:
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs duties usually apply.

For orders to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, UK), import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are levied by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

Delivery Time Note:
Deliveries are usually made within 3–10 business days.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes multiple items with different delivery times, the delivery will be based on the longest estimated time.
